Lead at Uncommon.  Change History.

Uncommon schools require uncommon leaders. Leadership teams at Uncommon are comprised of outstanding Principals, Directors of Operations, Deans of Students, and Deans of Curriculum and Instruction. In order to create more schools that prepare urban students to graduate from college, we offer year-long Principal and Operations Leader Fellowships for those who want to join us to close the achievement gap.
