Thank you for your interest in Troy Prep, a public charter school in Troy, NY. Troy Prep is located in the downtown Troy, and will admit incoming 5th grade students for the 2010-2011 school year. Eligibility

The primary entry point into Troy Prep is grade 5. At all other grade levels, we accept applications on a wait list basis in order to fill places that may become available.

Students who are eligible to enroll in 5th grade at a New York public school in September 2010 can enroll at Troy Prep.

To Apply for Admission

The deadline for applications for the 2010-2011 school year is 4 pm on Monday, April 5th, 2010.  To apply, please call (518) 445-3100 or email info@troyprep.org to schedule an information session and receive an application.

If more applications are submitted than are spaces available in the 2010-2011 incoming class of 5th graders, a lottery will be held at 6:30 pm on Monday, April 5th.  Students not admitted by lottery on April 5th will be placed on a waitlist and admitted as space permits.
