Boston

Roxbury Prep was established in 1999 and has since become one of the top public middle schools in Massachusetts, consistently outperforming over 80% of middle schools across the state, and ensuring that 99% of its students to date have gone on to graduate from high school.  In 2010, Roxbury Prep officially became a part of Uncommon Schools. In 2011, Uncommon Boston expanded to its second school - Grove Hall Prep. The shared mission of Roxbury Prep and Grove Hall Prep is to prepare students to enter, succeed in, and graduate from college, and we are proud to report that currently nearly two-thirds of Roxbury Prep's alumni are enrolled in or have completed college. Over the next five years, Uncommon Boston will grow to four schools serving 1,800 students.
