Uncommon Schools Summer Teaching Fellowship

Begin your career in education reform as a Summer Teaching Fellow.

The Summer Teaching Fellowship (STF) program is a unique, highly competitive, hands-on teacher recruitment and preparation program designed to introduce college juniors from underrepresented backgrounds to teaching and urban education reform.

 

Since the program's inception in 2010, nearly 575 Fellows have matriculated through STF and more than 450 Fellows have received full-time offers to teach at an Uncommon school upon graduation.
