Fellowships

We offer two types of fellowships - summer fellowships and leadership fellowships.

Summer Fellowships

Our primary summer fellowship offering is the Summer Teaching Fellowship. We also offer a variety of summer opportunities from year to year, ranging from operations support to summer school teaching support. These opportunities vary by region. We will update that information here, as it becomes available.

Leadership Fellowships

Dual leadership is a core component of the Uncommon model. Our Operations leaders tackle the myriad details that keep schools running so that our Instructional leaders can observe classes, coach teachers, work with students, and facilitate professional development.
