Brigid Ganley joined Uncommon early in 2009 from the New York City Department of Education where she served as the Senior Manager of Operations for the Partnership Support Office (PSO). In that role, she led the design of the PSO service model, assessed external partners for the instructional and managerial capacity to serve schools, built partner autonomy, and drove high quality support to 187 schools that chose to align with the partnership organizations. Her first assignment at the Department of Education was designing and implementing the Leadership Development Institute, a cross-functional leadership training program for over 350 administrative staff. After earning her MBA, Ms. Ganley was a director of Content Delivery at the Corporate Executive Board where she designed and presented best-practice research to Strategy and Corporate Development officers at Fortune 500 companies. Ms. Ganley completed the Broad Residency in Urban Education in 2008. She holds a B.A in English from the University of Virginia, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
