Ivy Baylor
Associate Director of Human Resources
Ivy Baylor joined Uncommon Schools in September 2011 as a Human Resources Generalist and is now an Associate Director of Human Resources. Prior to joining Uncommon, Ivy worked at GeoEye, where she was an HR Generalist and Recruiter. Ivy has held similar roles at Citigroup and Ernst & Young LLP. She is a member of SHRM, the Society for Human Resources Management, and a member of the Greater New York and Central Jersey Chapters. Ivy earned her B.A. in Psychology from Spelman College and is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
