Francesca Gibson
Associate Director of Recruitment
Francesca joins Uncommon Schools as an Associate Director of Recruitment. Prior to Uncommon, she taught middle school English as a 2009 Teach for America Corps Member, D.C. Region. While teaching, Francesca earned her MA in Teaching from American University. In 2009, Francesca received her BA in Sociology from Spelman College where she held numerous leadership positions, most notably serving as Miss Spelman College 2008-2009.
