To Report an Issue

If you wish to report an issue related to the accessibility of any content on the Uncommon Schools website, you may do so in any of the following ways:

  2. Submit written correspondence via mail to:  Heath Farnworth-Williams, Uncommon Schools, c/o Robin Hood Foundation,  826 Broadway, 9th Floor New York, NY 10003 or via fax: 212-598-4076.  In your correspondence, please include the web address or URL along with a detailed description of the problems you have encountered.
  3. Please be sure to include in your communication a reliable way for Uncommon Schools to contact you regarding your accessibility concerns.

 

To File a Complaint

If you wish to file a formal Section 504 or ADA (Title II) complaint about the accessibility of any content on the Uncommon Schools website you may do so in any of the following ways:

  1. For schools located in New York, submit written correspondence to: Charter Schools Institute State University of New York, 41 State Street, Suite 700 Albany, NY 12207 or email charters@suny.edu.  In your correspondence, please include the web address or URL along with a detailed description of your complaint.
  2. For schools located in New Jersey, submit written correspondence to: Office of Charter and Renaissance Schools, New Jersey Department of Education, P.O. Box 500, Trenton, NJ 08625 or call 609-292-5850.  In your correspondence, please include the web address or URL along with a detailed description of your complaint.
  3. For schools located in Massachusetts, submit written correspondence to: Office of Charter Schools and School Redesign, Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, 75 Pleasant Street, Malden, MA 02148 or email charterschools@doe.mass.edu.  In your correspondence, please include the web address or URL along with a detailed description of your complaint.
